    Design: (15 pts.) _______

14 - 15 A design to address the problem is clearly defined. The design has three characteristics: (1) It addresses the antecedents and consequences controlling the behavior noted in baseline observation; (2) it addresses obstacles to change that were anticipated; and (3) it intervenes in multiple ways -- without necessarily making you a slave to your project.
12 - 13 An interesting design is proposed, but one of the ideas addressed above was omitted or poorly developed.
11 & less The design for change is not consistent and well-thought out. At least two of the ideas described above was omitted.
